We are a special order/wholesale bakery located in Hammond, Louisiana. We specialize in French-style pastries focusing on seasonal & local ingredients. We bake from scratch! Our treats are made by hand from start to finish.

You can purchase Candlestick Bakery items every Saturday at the Hammond Farmer’s & Artisan’s Market, or visit one of our wholesale partners for retail purchase. You can also place your order directly online to pre-order for pickup from our production kitchen!
